We offer bed and breakfast accommodation and therefore Reception is not staffed 24 hours a day as in larger establishments. Guests are asked to arrange their arrival time when booking. If there is a change to the arrival time, we would ask guests to contact us on 01792 465782, to ensure there is someone waiting to welcome them.
Payment can be made in cash or credit/debit card. We are happy to invoice business guests and accept BACS payments. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or payment in full for the first night is required. Any subsequent nights are also liable at a reduced rate if we are unable to re-let the room.
Bookings of two or more rooms are liable to a non-refundable deposit of the first night on confirmation of booking either verbally or written and conditions remain the same for subsequent nights booked.
